Buyers and sellers agree on payment and delivery directly; HW Market does not process payments.

Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited.

Misleading descriptions, spam listings, and harassment are not allowed.

HW Market provides the marketplace but is not a party to transactions between users.

Members are responsible for verifying listings, payments, and delivery details.

We encourage members to resolve issues directly through messaging.

Report serious concerns using the Report button or contact support.

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves.
